Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Federal Programs Project Manager to join our team with offices nationwide, including Honolulu, HI. You will lead design projects, coordinate with architects and engineers, and drive the creation of construction documents for federal programs.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture, 10+ years of experience, US Citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Occasional CONUS/OCONUS travel is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 10+ years of architecture/engineering experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain a US Government Secret clearance.
• Experience with UFCs/UFGS and building codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects, stakeholder interviews, existing conditions analysis, and client presentations.
• Manage design process and provide high-value technical expertise.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines for design program implementation and construction.
• Lead development of construction documents for federal projects.
• Conduct on-site observations and facility condition assessments.
• Review documents for design intent, materials, and coordination across disciplines.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Support marketing by preparing responses to Federal RFQ (SF330).
• Travel domestically or internationally as required.
