Ladders seeks a Senior Project Manager - Federal Programs to join a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space in Arlington, VA. The role leads complex project delivery for federal programs with a strong emphasis on client management, technical coordination, and execution against scope, schedule, and budget.

This position partners with project teams, leadership, and clients to advance major assignments from pursuit through delivery, and plays a key role in proposal development, business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 12 years of relevant experience in project management.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
• Master's degree or advanced credentials in related fields are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations, prepare technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, managing the project team to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Perform technical tasks including analysis, reports, and design for assigned projects.
• Implement project delivery plans and supervise project teams to achieve objectives.
• Oversee project staffing, recruitment, and development of project staff.
• Assist with business development and client relationship building for major projects.
• Lead proposal development and presentations for substantial projects.
