Job summary

The Program Manager at FM Talent Source will oversee contract performance, manage contractor personnel, and maintain communication with Government stakeholders. This role drives quality, schedule, staffing, issue resolution, and overall task-order execution.

We seek a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree, PMP or FAC-P/PM II certification, and 5+ years in program management including federal financial management. Hybrid role in Washington, DC with a focus on delivering impact for federal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• PMP or FAC-P/PM Level II certification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of federal financial management experience.
• Experience leading federal programs of similar size and complexity.
• Strong written, verbal, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities
