Job summary

i360technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Federal Financial Management task order in Washington, DC. The PM will be accountable for quality, efficiency, and timeliness, directing all contractor staff and serving as the primary contact for the CO, COR, and Government PM.

The role requires PMP or FAC-P/PM Level II certification, at least three years of Federal Financial Management experience, and a proven track record of executive-level oversight across large, multi-team engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• Five years of related experience overseeing multiple projects and staff.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP, FAC P/PM Level II, or equivalent).
• At least three years of demonstrated Federal Financial Management experience.
• Experience supervising employees across various labor categories on large projects.
• Experience on both private- and Federal-sector projects of similar size.
• Experience in business case development and project management.
• Excellent oral and written communication with senior management.
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level direction, administration, QA, and leadership for the entire task order, supervising all contractor and subcontractor staff.
• Serve as primary contact for CO, COR, and Government PM; escalate issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain Master Integrated Program Plan and Schedule.
• Oversee execution of CSP operations.
• Produce project plans, schedules, communications plans, and risk management plans.
