Job summary

FYI - For Your Information, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager to lead contract management efforts under a federal services task order.

You will serve as the primary liaison with the CO and COR, develop project plans, and drive performance across multiple work streams. The ideal candidate has experience managing federal contracts, strong communication skills, and a track record of delivering results in complex programs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-task, multi-disciplinary services contracts or programs, ideally in a Federal environment.
• Experience formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources across a diverse program scope.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with Contracting Officer, COR, and leadership.
• Prior experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager on a Federal services contract preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for the CO and COR for all contractor work under the task order.
• Prepare a project plan with schedule and milestones; deliver a draft plan at kickoff and finalize.
• Prepare and present a monthly status report covering technical progress, issues, and financial status.
• Ensure continuity of contractually required support levels and coordinate replacement personnel as needed.
• Oversee and coordinate contractor performance across seven support tasks: Human Capital Management/Recruitment; Documentation & Classification; Retirement & Benefits; Integrated Business Management/Program Support; Strategic Planning & Alignment; Payroll and Processing; Workforce Relations.
