Job summary

Pivot Path Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead DHA enterprise information management and health IT initiatives. You will oversee contract performance, task orders, and staff supervision, acting as the primary company liaison for contract matters and ensuring compliance and timely deliverables.

The role requires strong federal PM experience, ability to manage complex software/hardware programs, and a hybrid work arrangement in the DC metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of program management experience on contracts of similar scope and complexity.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience planning and managing multiple tasks/contracts.
• Technical management and supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating large planning efforts for enterprise software/hardware solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for contract activities, performance, issues, and customer coordination.
• Supervise overall program performance and ensure all work is completed on time and compliant.
• Provide leadership to project managers, technical staff, subcontractors, and support teams.
• Manage multiple tasks, schedules, staffing plans, risks, issues, and cost/resource-loaded activities.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and program leadership to align execution with objectives.
• Develop and maintain program management and risk management plans.
