Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a senior Federal Program Manager to lead market growth, program delivery, and client engagement across the Central Division. The role focuses on expanding Kleinfelder's Federal market presence through client development, capture planning, and pursuit leadership while ensuring successful execution of complex programs.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of PM/PC experience in the US Federal sector, with strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of related work experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience with 8+ years in US Federal market.
• Demonstrated success managing large, multi-disciplinary projects and programs.
• Experience leading high-value pursuits/proposals and preparing technical reports/work plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale, multi-discipline projects (Federal and non-Federal) through full lifecycle.
• Manage project/program financial performance, risk, resources, and quality control.
• Drive Federal sector growth through target clients, contracts, funding opportunities, and strategic pursuits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with federal clients, partners, and stakeholders to grow market presence.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop capture strategies and position for opportunities.
• Support major pursuits through identification, client engagement, and proposal development.
