Job summary

IDS International is hiring a Program Coordinator to support daily operations of a federal program in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment. You will coordinate staffing, maintain trackers, and assist with onboarding/offboarding, while collaborating with HR, Security, and PMO leadership to ensure contract and labor requirements are met.

The role emphasizes organization, clear communication across teams, and meticulous data management, with a preference for candidates holding a Top Secret

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting program management.
• Top Secret security clearance- preferred
• SharePoint Experience, Microsoft 365 proficient

Responsibilities

• Support daily program operations, including coordination of staffing, schedules, and site coverage
• Maintain accurate trackers for personnel, onboarding status, clearance verification, PTO, and site assignments
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed and submitted on time
• Coordinate with HR, Security, and PMO leadership to ensure compliance with contract, clearance, and labor requirements
• Track and report attendance, labor hours, and schedule changes to program leadership
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding administrative questions, scheduling updates, Paid Time off, and procedural guidance
• Assist program leadership with data calls, client reporting, and internal audits as required
• Ensure sensitive information is handled appropriately and in accordance with security and privacy requirements
