Job summary

ZenPoint Solutions LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead a federal enterprise IT modernization initiative. You will oversee program oversight, schedule control, staffing, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction across contract tasks.

Responsibilities include governance, financial management, and ensuring 24/7/365 operations. The role requires a Secret clearance (SCI eligible) and 10+ years of program management experience in IT projects, with strong communication to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance; SCI eligible.
• Minimum of 10 years managing complex IT programs/projects with cost control.
• BS degree in Information Technology or related field; PMP and ITIL 4 certifications.
• Demonstrated TBM implementation experience across a large enterprise.
• Experience supervising large multi-disciplinary teams; strong security & governance.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary single point of contact for Government stakeholders (COR).
• Provide strategic leadership and execution oversight for all contract activities.
• Manage program financials, burn rates, and expenditure tracking using EVM/TBM.
• Direct schedule, risk management, scope control, and QCP implementation.
• Oversee staffing, subcontractor performance, and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables: MPSR, PMP, IMS, B-WARs; lead PMRs.
• Enforce security policies and rapid incident reporting.
