Ideal candidates have 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in consulting, and a willingness to travel within the Washington, DC area. The position supports a hybrid work model, with client site and office work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tasks and workstreams contributing to project goals and high-quality solutions.
• Manage Federal grant programs, supporting awardees and client staff.
• Analyze business problems using interviews, data, and context to identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to share knowledge and accelerate solutions.
• Create high-quality deliverables and data dashboards to inform client decisions.
• Learn mission/business while maintaining attention to detail and exceeding client expectations.
• Lead and support consulting projects and contribute to new capabilities.
