Job summary

LAUKOA seeks a Project Control Clerk (Production Control Clerk) to manage work order control, dispatch, and documentation for facilities maintenance onsite at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Charleston, SC.

You will coordinate requests, track status, and maintain accurate records to ensure timely contract performance, working with government stakeholders and field teams. The position offers a structured on-site environment and opportunities for process optimization.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years minimum experience in work order control, dispatching, scheduling, and production control.
• Experience with maintenance work order systems or CMMS.
• Experience supporting facilities maintenance or service-based environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry in electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and process service requests and work orders from customers.
• Input, track, and manage work orders within the maintenance management system.
• Prepare, assign, and distribute work orders to appropriate service groups based on scope and priority.
• Dispatch work orders and communicate task requirements to field personnel using various systems.
• Monitor status and ensure timely completion per contract performance requirements.
• Maintain complete records of all service requests, work orders, and maintenance activities.
• Generate reports related to work order status, labor hours, and maintenance performance.
• Support planning and scheduling by maintaining visibility of workload and resources.
