Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of work experience in work control and customer service.
• Experience using CMMS systems and knowledge of work control standards.

• Strong data tracking and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication with vendors, customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide single-point customer service coordinating with customers, vendors and co-workers.
• Schedule work requests and track production data.
• Coordinate and monitor work including approvals and utility shutdowns.
• Inspect files and ensure documents are current and complete.
• Interact with Facilities Maintenance and other divisions to coordinate repairs.
• Travel between facilities.
• Perform other duties and special projects.
