Job summary

LAUKOA in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Project Control Clerk to support contract operations at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC). The role handles work orders, data input, dispatching, and documentation to ensure timely, compliant execution of maintenance tasks.

The position requires at least three years of work order control experience, CMMS familiarity, and strong organizational skills. Collaboration with maintenance teams, Government personnel, and field staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience performing work order control, dispatching, scheduling, and production control.
• Experience with maintenance work order systems or CMMS.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and process service requests and work orders from customers including building occupants, staff, visitors, and Government personnel.
• Input, track, and manage work orders within the maintenance management system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Dispatch work orders and communicate task requirements, updates, and special instructions to field personnel using radio, phone, or electronic systems.
• Monitor work order status and ensure timely completion in accordance with contract performance requirements.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all service requests, work orders, and maintenance activities.
• Generate reports related to work order status, production data, labor tracking, and maintenance performance.
• Ensure all documentation and data entry follow prescribed procedures and contract requirements.
