Job summary

VivSoft Technologies LLC in Falls Church, VA seeks a Federal Procurement Specialist to manage the full procurement lifecycle in a federal/DoD environment. You will develop solicitations, evaluate proposals, and ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and DoD directives while collaborating with program managers, finance, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of federal procurement or GS-1102 experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DoD directives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the federal procurement lifecycle, including planning, solicitations, evaluation, award, administration, modifications, and closeout.
• Prepare solicitations, Statements of Work (SOW), Justifications & Approvals (J&A), and evaluation documentation.
• Apply and interpret FAR, DFARS, and DoD acquisition policies for compliance.
• Conduct cost and price analysis of vendor proposals and quotations.
• Support source selection activities and negotiation efforts.
• Collaborate with program managers, contracting officers, finance teams, legal counsel, and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and contract documentation.
