Job summary

Elevance Health is hiring a Pricing Manager to lead cost volume efforts, pricing strategy, and post-submittal activities for Federal contracts. You will collaborate with proposal managers to develop proposals and oversee production while ensuring FAR and CAS compliance.

The role supports hybrid in-office and remote work, travels to worksites as needed, and requires strong leadership of pricing specialists within the FGS division.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in Finance, Business Management, or Marketing with at least 7 years of bid/cost proposal pricing leadership experience.
• Experience with government procurement regulations (FAR/CAS) is required.
• US residency in line with CMS TDL 190275 may apply for foreign nationals.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy for Federal contracts and cost narratives.
• Coordinate pricing, risk assessment, and business cases with proposal teams.
• Ensure compliance with RFP specifications and government procurement regulations.
