A leading professional services firm is seeking a Manager for ISS, Prevailing Wage in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate will guide clients on federal labor law compliance, support investigations, and supervise staff. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree. A strong understanding of various compliance regulations is essential. This position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant federal contracting experience required.
• Experience with FAR, SCA, DBRA, FLSA required.
• Experience with the Inflation Reduction Act preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on federal labor law compliance.
• Support DOL investigations.
• Prepare historical calculations for compliance.
