A leading advisory firm is seeking a Manager for ISS, Prevailing Wage to support federal contractors with DOL compliance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of federal contracting experience, familiar with FAR, SCA, and related laws. This role involves providing guidance on compliance, supporting DOL investigations, and preparing compliance-related calculations. Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant federal contracting experience required.
• Experience with federal labor laws (FAR, SCA, DBRA, FLSA) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to clients on federal labor law compliance.
• Support contractors during DOL investigations.
• Prepare historical calculations for prior non-compliances.
• Assist with labor law compliance disputes.
• Contribute to practice development opportunities.
