Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field; master’s preferred.
• Experience managing client-facing PMOs or major engagements; US citizenship and security clearance desirable.
• Strong project, financial and risk management skills with federal contracting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PMO activities for a major client engagement; plan, schedule, budget and track milestones.
• Oversee CAO duties for the Federal Practice, coordinating with operations, finance and security teams.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, manage resources, and drive process improvements.
