Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is a global consulting firm seeking candidates for the Public Sector Federal Practice. You will lead project delivery, engage with clients, and drive strategic initiatives across defense and government programs. The role requires 5+ years in defense-focused consulting, strong business acumen, and the ability to obtain US Government security clearance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of defense-industry experience with Big 4 or Strategy consulting firms.
• Strong business acumen and experience delivering strategy, performance improvement and operational efficiency projects for Federal clients.
• MBA, Finance, Accounting or Engineering (preferred); ability to obtain US Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery with engagement management and high focus on quality and client relationships.
• Develop findings and strategic recommendations; work with clients to implement recommendations.
• Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs and RFQs and serve as a proposal manager.
• Coach and mentor team members; support capture and pursuit activities.
