Job summary

Fathom Robotics in San Diego, CA is seeking a Federal Power Platform Developer to own fleet health dashboards and the Power Apps data capture layer, using a low-code, fast-iteration approach. Travel to Ventura/Oxnard area is expected periodically.

You will work directly with end users in rapid, iterative cycles, contributing to a growing government program with potential for leadership development and future program management opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI development: data modeling, Power Query (M), and DAX.
• Canvas apps development with offline/disconnected data capture.
• Ability to work directly with end users in iterative cycles.
• Experience with GCC High environment is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate Power BI dashboards for USV fleet status.
• Develop maintenance tracking and status reporting.
• Ingest and normalize data from OEM sources using Power Query.
• Create external sharing via Entra B2B or Power BI Embedded as appropriate.
• Develop Power Apps for pierside data capture with offline sync.
• Operate within Microsoft 365 GCC High compliance boundaries.
• Document data models and requirements for future migration toward a government analytics platform.
