Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Microsoft 365/Power Platform Developer to modernize federal and defense operations. You will architect digital engines using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online to replace legacy processes with agile, data-driven solutions.

You will design apps, automate workflows, and create dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights while integrating with Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience designing and administering SharePoint Online sites, including custom lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dataverse, connectors, and the Power Platform admin center.
• Ability to build automated flows with Power Automate including error handling and monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps tailored to government workflows.
• Develop and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate for approvals, integrations, and data transformations.
• Create dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI for real-time insights for program leadership.
• Architect and manage SharePoint Online environments as secure collaboration hubs and document management
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate mission needs into iterative technical solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and technical support for deployed enterprise solutions.
