Job summary

Fathom Robotics seeks a Federal Power Platform Developer to own the fleet health dashboard for USV operations and to extend data capture with offline Power Apps. You will work in a fast-paced, low-code environment near Ventura/Oxnard with monthly travel to San Diego and a DoD-grade compliance posture.

You’ll collaborate with end users, ingest diverse OEM data, and deliver iterative improvements. This is a full-time role requiring U.S. Person status and eligibility for DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Power BI development including data modeling, Power Query (M), and DAX.
• Power Apps canvas apps with offline, disconnected data capture beyond basic mobile forms.
• Comfort engaging with end users in short, iterative feedback cycles rather than fixed, long build cycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate Power BI dashboards for USV fleet status and readiness in rapid cycles.
• Create maintenance tracking and status reporting to keep fleet Maintainers informed.
• Ingest and normalize data from OEM sources; build connectors or REST integrations where needed.
• Configure external sharing so OEMs can access dashboard data using Entra B2B or Power BI Embedded.
• Develop Power Apps for pierside data capture with offline sync built on Dataverse.
• Operate within Microsoft 365 GCC High compliance boundaries.
• Document data models and requirements for future migration toward a government-owned analytics platform.
