Job summary

SAIC seeks a PMO Operations Manager to lead day-to-day PMO execution across large enterprise IT support contracts. You will coordinate with functional leads, task orders, and Government stakeholders, enabling Program Directors to focus on strategic direction.

This role blends program management discipline with hands-on PMO operations leadership, driving staffing alignment, compliance, and delivery excellence in a complex multi-task-order environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive program management on federal IT contracts.
• Experience managing multi-task-order, multi-disciplinary programs and PMO operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate PMO operations to ensure performance, compliance, and delivery quality.
• Maintain and update PMP, staffing forecasts, and organizational charts across the contract lifecycle.
• Support program directors in planning, directing technical and management activities across task orders.
