Job summary

Evolver Federal is seeking a Project Manager - PMO Lead to join our team supporting a federal client onsite in Bethesda, MD. The role requires a hybrid work environment with 3-5 onsite days per week in Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of large projects, guiding the team, and delivering IT planning, CPIC, HHS EPLC, and EVM reporting. US citizenship and NACIC clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business or related disciplines.
• 8 years IT PMO or portfolio management experience.
• 5 years CPIC, HHS EPLC, and EVM reporting on federal IT programs.
• 5 years leading IT planning processes development and maintenance.
• 5 years experience designing strategy for enterprise IT planning function.
• US Citizenship with ability to obtain Level 5 (NACIC) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the project and lead teams on large, complex projects.
• Provide applications systems analysis and long/short range plans for IT, systems development, and production activities.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, resources, and project/portfolio reporting.
