Job summary

Evolver Federal is seeking a Program Manager to join our team supporting a federal client located onsite in Bethesda, MD. The role requires directing and managing all aspects of contract operations, coordinating multi-location contractor teams, and ensuring alignment with schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence 3-5 days per week, and a benefit package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines.
• 10 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in information systems design or management.
• 5 years of project development and management experience from inception to deployment.
• PMP certification and strong program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, direct, and manage all aspects of contract operations involving multiple complex tasks.
• Coordinate contractor interfaces with senior customer levels and review task plans and deliverables.
• Maintain technical and financial reports to show progress and costs; oversee task completion and risk management.
• Support marketing in identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities.
