Job summary

Evolver Federal is seeking a Project Manager – PMO Lead to oversee large, complex federal IT programs in Bethesda, MD. The role requires hybrid work with onsite 3–5 days per week and significant PMO leadership responsibilities.

You will drive planning, modeling, and execution across IT portfolios, ensuring optimal use of budgets and resources while coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8 years IT PMO or portfolio management experience.
• 5 years CPIC, HHS EPLC, and EVM reporting in federal IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the project and lead a team on large or complex programs.
• Provide systems analysis and long-range plans for application and IT work.
• Develop and present execution and timing scenarios within enterprise portfolio under budgets and resources.
• Coordinate IT planning processes to enable efficient service delivery across the enterprise.
