Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst with an active Top Secret clearance to support our government customer. The position is remote and focuses on analytical and operational support across procurement, logistics, and cost analysis.

The Senior Program Management Analyst will collect, review, and analyze data to support program leadership, develop schedules, track milestones, and prepare cost reports.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
• Experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance.
• PM certification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze program data to support leadership decisions.
• Provide procurement support, including acquisition planning and tracking.
• Develop and maintain program schedules and milestones.
• Conduct program cost analysis and prepare cost reports.
• Coordinate logistics activities for program operations.
• Prepare and maintain program documentation and briefings.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Support development of program management tools and tracking systems.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
