Job summary
Jacobs is seeking a highly motivated PM/CM Delivery Leader with a history of selling and delivering professional services for Army, Air Force, and Navy projects. You will drive delivery on large capital projects across the US and internationally, coordinating with technical subject matter experts, project controls, and digital delivery professionals to ensure safe and efficient outcomes.
You will generate new business opportunities, act as the capture manager for PM/CM contracts and task orders,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience growing teams and portfolios of projects in the DoD space and elsewhere.
- Experience in managing professional services IDIQ contracts and task orders.
- At least 15 years’ experience in construction management and administration of large projects.
- Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems.
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead PM/CM delivery on large capital projects with DoD clients.
- Staff projects with top talent and guide the project team to execution success.
- Generate new business opportunities and serve as capture manager for PM/CM pursuits.
