Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Delivery Leader for PM/CM initiatives on large DoD programs with opportunities across the U.S. and internationally.

You will drive capture efforts, assemble project teams, and guide delivery from proposal through execution. Applicants should have 15+ years in construction management, a Bachelor’s in Engineering or Construction Management, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of construction management experience on large projects.
• Experience managing professional services IDIQ contracts and task orders.
• Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM/CM delivery on large DoD programs and capital projects.
• Serve as Delivery Leader and Project Executive across execution phases.
• Staff and deploy personnel with DoD construction experience.
• Capture new business opportunities and manage key client relationships.
