Job summary

Jacobs seeks a Program Construction Manager to lead a large-scale federal Design-Build program near Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee a matrix of engineers, schedulers, estimators, and QA professionals across five or more projects, ensuring high-quality delivery.

The role emphasizes planning, multi-project bidding, design and construction stages over a 5-year program, with on-site leadership and military construction experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• Experience with managing matrixed resources and onsite staff.
• Experience in managing IDIQ task orders for professional services.
• At least 15 years’ experience in construction management and administration of large projects.
• Knowledge of project planning, pre-construction, delivery methods, and building systems.
• Knowledge of Design-Build (DBIA) best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large-scale multi-building Design-Build program with a Federal client.
• Manage CMa tasks through a matrix of SMEs, quality managers, cost estimators, schedulers, and QA professionals.
• Provide team building, CMa staff supervision, project controls, change management, and performance monitoring for multiple projects.
