Job summary

RiVidium Inc in Cincinnati seeks Personnel Actions Processing Specialists to support the EPA HRSSC. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing SF-52/SF-50 actions to ensure accuracy, coding, and compliance with OPM GPPA, EPA policies, and established procedures.

You will enter approved transactions into federal HR and payroll systems, maintain records, perform QA, and coordinate with HR staff and customers to resolve payroll issues while safeguarding PII.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Federal civilian HR or personnel action processing.
• Ability to independently process complex federal personnel actions.
• Working knowledge of GPPA and related HR processing guidance.
• Experience with SF-52/SF-50 actions and federal HR/payroll systems.
• Experience with eOPF or comparable federal records system.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review personnel action requests for accuracy and completeness.
• Review, code, and process SF-52 and SF-50 actions.
• Process appointments, promotions, transfers, reassignments, separations, awards, benefits, and other actions.
• Enter approved transactions into federal HR and payroll systems.
• Research and resolve processing discrepancies and missing information.
• Maintain accurate personnel records and transaction logs.
• Perform quality-control reviews of completed actions.
• Upload documentation to electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs).
• Coordinate with HR staff, managers, employees, and customers to resolve issues.
• Respond to inquiries professionally within timelines.
• Safeguard PII and sensitive information.
