Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience to support complex HR/payroll initiatives in the Healthcare domain. The role requires hands-on expertise across both functional and technical areas, including Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor, and integrations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver SIT/UAT and troubleshoot issues. Ideal candidates have experience with Integration Broker, BI Publisher, PS Query, SQR, and nVision,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll experience, with full lifecycle delivery.
• Strong functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft modules.
• Healthcare domain experience is preferred.
• Experience with SIT/UAT, requirements gathering, troubleshooting.
