Qualifications

• A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equips you with the competencies to perform the duties. GS-09: experience at GS-07 level or equivalent. GS-11: experience at GS-09 level or equivalent. GS-12: experience at GS-11 level or equivalent.
• B. Education Substitution: Education demonstrating knowledge and abilities; submit transcript if using education to meet qualifications.
• C. Combination: Use percentages of experience and education to meet total requirements for GS-09/GS-11.
• D. Other regulatory requirements and eligibility apply for the cutoff date.

Responsibilities

• Performs payroll execution and analyzes payroll data.
• Develops standards, processes, and operating procedures for payroll systems and controls.
• Executes payroll plans of action and milestones, guiding priorities.
• Manages phases of employee pay and allotments.
• Identifies and resolves significant variances in coordination with responsible activities.
• Monitors and evaluates metrics related to operations performance and takes corrective action.
• Responds to audit requests and findings to sustain financial stability of the DLAH2R cycle.
