This position requires in-depth knowledge of DoL rules, meticulous accuracy, and collaboration with the Payroll Manager and subcontractors to ensure compliant payroll processing and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of DoL prevailing rules and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly/biweekly payroll and reconcile general ledger.
• Ensure prevailing wage and certified payroll compliance.
• Prepare Davis Bacon Act and SCA/DBA benefit calculations.
• Ensure timely certified payroll reporting and submissions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on prevailing wage requirements and compliance.
• Maintain payroll documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Support Payroll Manager with process improvements.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide high-quality service.
