Job summary

Concept Plus in Fairfax, VA seeks a Project Manager to lead the migration of an Oracle E-Business Suite environment to OCI FedRAMP Moderate for a government agency. You will own end-to-end delivery, compliance, and client communications.

You will coordinate with Agency/Prime Contractor teams, develop schedules, manage risk, and ensure milestones and production cutover dates are met in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years IT project management experience.
• 5+ years leading Federal Government IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall execution from initiation through final transition.
• Develop the Integrated Project Schedule (IPS) to determine project critical path and dependencies.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Serve as the primary management interface with Agency / Prime Contractor leadership.
• Coordinate technical activities with all personnel.
• Facilitate project kickoff meetings, status meetings, technical reviews, and executive briefings.
• Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project status reports.
• Maintain the project RAID log/playbook.
• Coordinate deliverables and ensure timely submission.
• Support change management activities and evaluate impacts to scope, schedule, and cost.
• Monitor project performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and security policies.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer and project closeout activities
