Zusammenfassung

Talentify is seeking a federal inspector to ensure meat and poultry facilities comply with applicable federal regulations. You will perform inspections, verify SSOP and HACCP plans, review records, and determine when enforcement action is warranted.

Role requires US citizenship, TCOE training, background check, and successful completion of a medical exam. E-Verify is required, and travel may be involved to plants in the Springdale District.

Qualifikationen

• US Citizen or US National required.
• Selective Service registration for males born after 1959.
• Background investigation and/or fingerprint check.
• Pre-employment medical examination may be required.
• E-Verify employment verification required.

Aufgaben

• Ensure regulated establishments produce a safe product by executing inspection methods and documenting noncompliance.
• Verify SSOP and HACCP Plans meet regulatory requirements.
• Review records and observe plant operations to prepare Non-Compliance Records.
• Assess need for regulatory control actions and enforcement when warranted.
• Coordinate with other federal agencies on related matters.
• Explain regulatory requirements to plant managers and other stakeholders.
