Job summary

LAC Federal is seeking a Learning Management System Administrator to lead the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of a federal LMS serving corrections professionals nationwide.

The role involves overseeing platform operations, content management, user experience, troubleshooting, reporting, and collaboration with instructional designers, government personnel, and technical vendors.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum five years of LMS administration experience.
• Experience designing and updating LMS navigation and interfaces.
• Experience training LMS users and creating instructional materials.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Project management, leadership, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS for learners and course developers.
• Design improvements to navigation, content organization, and UI.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Develop learning programs using instructional design tech.
• Maintain content and support delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
• Create training materials and user guides.
• Conduct user training and provide technical assistance.
• Produce LMS reports and usage statistics.
• Coordinate with vendors and government stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and strategic recommendations on learning technology.
