Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group in Washington, DC, seeks Human Capital Specialists at multiple experience levels to support the GSA ACES program. You will provide analytical, operational, and program support for human capital and workforce initiatives with government leaders and teams.

The role emphasizes workforce data, reporting, onboarding, and process development in a federal consulting environment. Hybrid work is available in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience supporting human resources, workforce planning, or HR operations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support human capital programs, workforce initiatives, and related organizational activities.
• Assist with workforce planning activities, including collecting, organizing, and analyzing workforce information.
• Support talent management, workforce development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Collect, validate, organize, and analyze human capital and workforce data.
• Develop and maintain workforce reports, trackers, dashboards, presentations, and other management tools.
• Coordinate human capital activities, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare briefings, presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other communications for government stakeholders.
• Document decisions, action items, responsibilities, and deadlines and support follow-through to completion.
• Support onboarding, workforce integration, training, and employee development activities as assigned.
• Identify opportunities to improve human capital processes, reporting, coordination, and workforce support.
