MIRACORP, Inc. is seeking a Labor Relations Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC, supporting federal employee and labor relations projects. You will apply technical and consultative expertise to program, process, and system development for the Department of State's Passport Services.

The role requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance, and relevant experience in federal employee relations.

Formación

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience; or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• Working knowledge of and experience with federal employee and labor relations programs, processes, and systems.
• Technical consultation.

• Program development.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with projects involving employee relations and labor relations functions in a federal agency.
• Support the design and implementation of federal employee and labor relations programs, processes, and systems.
• Apply technical consultation to assigned task orders and projects.
• Contribute to programs that support employee accountability.
• Support programs for managing relationships among the agency, unions, employee representatives, and management associations.
• Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders on the development and implementation of assigned initiatives.
