Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• SECRET personnel security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ relevant experience, or 9 years in lieu of degree.
• Working knowledge of federal employee and labor relations programs and systems.
