This is a full-time role requiring a Bachelor's degree (or 6 years of relevant experience), U.S. citizenship, ability to pass a federal background check, and a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Ability to pass a federal background check.
• Must possess a SECRET personnel security clearance.
• Bachelor2 degree and 6 years of relevant experience; or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain budgets for departments and projects in alignment with organizational goals.
• Follow Quality Management System practices to support financial accuracy and accountability.
• Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting.
• Identify financial trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Prepare and present detailed budget reports to senior management.
• Highlight key financial metrics and performance indicators in budget reporting.
