Job summary

R3 is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale federal technology modernization initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, and drive successful delivery of complex solutions across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, PMP & SAFe certifications, and experience with Salesforce implementations and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• PMP certification is required.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certified is required.
• Experience with HUD or similar government modernization projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent technology and modernization projects from initiation through deployment and operational transition.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, QA, and business teams.
• Facilitate governance activities, steering committees, status meetings, and executive briefings.
• Monitor scope, risks, issues, and dependencies with timely resolution.
• Support Agile delivery practices including sprint planning and release coordination.
• Manage project budgets, labor utilization, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate system implementations, testing, deployment, and transition-to-operations.
