Horizon3 is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company delivering NodeZero autonomously and securing diverse environments. The role centers on Federal system administration, identity management, and collaboration-tool support for both Federal and commercial teams.

You will configure Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace, ensure secure access, document SOPs, and collaborate with security and compliance groups to maintain high standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military service equivalent or applicable certifications.
• 1–3 years of experience managing IT systems with SaaS identity and collaboration tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and obtain a government security clearance; active clearance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identity Management: configure and maintain the Federal Okta identity lifecycle.
• Collaboration Tools: manage Gov Slack and Google Workspace with secure permissions.
• Tiered Support: provide front-line support for Federal end-users addressing access issues.
• Documentation: write and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles for Federal use.
• Cross-Functional Support: assist with workflow synchronization between Federal and Commercial IT environments.
• Access Control: oversee user permissions and perform regular access audits.
• Audit Participation: assist IT security investigations and regulatory audits.
