Job summary

Horizon3 is a remote cybersecurity company seeking a Federal IT Administrator to manage Okta, Slack, and Google Workspace for U.S. government environments. The role focuses on secure identity management, collaboration tools, and end-user support in a fully remote setup.

Required 1–3 years of IT systems experience with SaaS tools, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and ability to obtain government security clearance. Travel up to 5% may be possible for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (military service equivalent or applicable certifications may be considered).
• 1–3 years of IT systems experience with SaaS identity and collaboration tools.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and maintenance of the Federal Okta instance and secure identity lifecycle management.
• Administer Gov Slack and Google Workspace including permissions and shared drives.
• Provide front-line support for Federal end-users, troubleshooting access and software issues.
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles for Federal systems.
