Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain high-level security clearances
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability prior to starting employment

Responsibilities

• Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements
• Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions
• Define objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives
• Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders
• Document workflows and identify friction points for automation
• Support governance review processes with business impact analysis
• Create metrics frameworks for pilot and production outcomes
• Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle
• Prepare briefings and documentation for leadership alignment
• Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement
