Job summary

RadiantHire Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer III to support a U.S. Government client in Arlington, VA. The role centers on onsite incident response, investigations, and rapid delivery of capabilities to counter cyber threats.

You will work within federal cybersecurity operations, manage pilots and transitions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission needs, thorough documentation, and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• US citizen with an active Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI
• 5+ years of directly relevant IT cyber operations or related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 7-9 years of equivalent work experience with a HS diploma
• Experience with incident response and mission-critical system operations

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate technology solutions for identified customer needs.
• Test trial licenses and open-source capabilities against requirements.
• Stay current on emerging market technologies relevant to customer operations.
• Maintain inventory of customer-procured technologies and data holdings.
• Engage with customer submitters to clarify requirements and align recommendations with mission needs
