Job summary

Connsci is seeking an IT Project Manager to support a federal program and provide cradle-to-the-grave project management for developing and implementing IT solutions aligned with the agency's mission. You will manage budgets, schedules, and scope, and develop project documents that capture objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• 5+ years leading IT projects.
• 3+ years Agile/Scrum, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
• 2+ years Azure DevOps and security clearance (Secret or higher).

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
• Develop, maintain, and revise project documents including objectives, technologies, and timelines.
• Conduct monthly PMR with government POCs and determine content.
• Liaise between ITD and external customers on technical aspects of IT projects.
• Establish and implement project communication plans and provide status updates.
