Job summary

StraitSys Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead large government IT programs from planning through delivery. You will be the primary interface with government stakeholders, oversee staffing and budgets, and be responsible for program performance, risks, and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs or government contracts.
• Experience with federal contracts and delivering IT services in a government environment.
• Experience with program financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Active Top Secret security clearance; PMP certification and advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs and government contracts.
• Ensure objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics meet scope and schedule.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Lead program reviews, status briefings, and executive-level reporting.
• Interface with government stakeholders, contracting officers, and leadership.
• Manage program financial performance including P&L, revenue, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Develop ETC and EAC projections, labor planning, and cost controls.
• Mentor program staff and foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Implement risk management, quality assurance, and performance tracking processes.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
