General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking an experienced IT Program Consultant to provide on-call support across NASA enterprise IT programs. Qualifications

• MA/MS or equivalent and 8+ years of experience.
• Experience supporting the NASA environment and mission-focused solution development.
• IT program support, systems engineering, or enterprise IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT technologies such as ServiceNow, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and networking.
• Ability to analyze problems and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearances if federal programs.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and governance frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Provide on-call consulting support to NASA IT program teams, project managers, and technical stakeholders.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise IT initiatives, enhancements, and operational tasks.
• Review program requirements, technical documentation, and performance metrics to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT solutions with program goals and customer expectations.
• Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, or technical summaries to program leadership when required.
