Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a Pricing Analyst in Herndon, VA to lead and support cost/price proposals for Federal IT services. You will build and audit complex Excel pricing models, analyze solicitation requirements, and coordinate inputs across multiple teams.

The role requires 5+ years in pricing/financial analysis for U.S. Federal contracts, strong Excel skills, and a hybrid onsite presence in Herndon 2–3 days/week. Compensation and benefits are included per company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of pricing, cost estimating, or proposal pricing experience for U.S. Federal Government contracts.
• Experience with Federal contract types (FFP, T&M, LH, CPFF, etc.).
• Experience developing Federal cost/price proposals and Excel-based pricing models.
• Experience with labor-based pricing, escalation, and subcontractor pricing.
• Hybrid 2-3 days onsite in Herndon office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of cost and price proposals for Federal IT services opportunities (task orders, IDIQs, recompetes).
• Build and validate complex Excel pricing models addressing solicitations, labor mix, escalation, indirect costs, and subcontractor inputs.
• Analyze RFP/RFQ requirements, pricing instructions, and compliance requirements; identify pricing risks and data gaps.
• Coordinate pricing inputs across Capture/BD, Contracts, Finance, HR, Procurement, Operations, and proposal teams.
• Develop pricing strategies using competitive analysis, Price-to-Win, market intelligence, and risk analysis.
• Prepare audit-ready cost/price volumes, narratives, and management review materials.
• Facilitate pricing reviews with senior leadership; explain assumptions, sensitivities, and profitability.
• Evaluate labor categories, compensation, geographic differentials, escalation, and market wage data for pricing.
